A new Agent & Passenger Facing Booking Portal has been developed over the past year as a singular solution for airlines using both Revenue Management and Flight Specific Fares. It will replace the existing Default Portal and the old Public site with a fresh, modern and robust solution combining all the existing features into one visually seamless site.
A “mobile first” approach when designing the user interface presents an app style feel on mobile and tablet while desktop users are given with a spacious and clean design. The navigational structure will allow for continuous feature additions.
The Portal can be themed to fit brand colour specifications as well as accommodate a high level of text customization. Among the many new features of this initial roll out we have included a new MyAccount area where Passengers and Agents can login, sign up, manage their bookings, purchase vouchers (using your own brand voucher name), reschedule and control more of their booking data.
