Takeflite Maintenance Product Feedback

Calling all Takeflite Maintenance clients! The Client Support and Product team are putting together a feedback survey to get a better understanding of how you currently use Takeflite Maintenance and if there are any areas within your day to day maintenance operation that our software could make easier. A survey will be coming your way over the following weeks and we would really welcome your feedback.

MyAccount - In Development
Passenger Multi-pass - We are currently working on improving the user experience to make it easier for passengers when purchasing a multi-pass ticket online via your  internet booking engine. We are also looking into customized branding options through Takeflite for airlines offering 10 trip passes or other commuter benefit passes.
Manage My Profile - The team are working through new passenger functionality for online profile updating when a passenger is logged in to their MyAccount page via the booking portal. Passengers will be able to view and edit their personal details such as email addresses, travel preferences, weight, passport and more.

Online Freight Booking - In Development
