Takeflite Support Library

To save you time when you have a question about how to use Takeflite we have a Support Library located within Freshdesk, please feel free to look through and hopefully it will help in answering your queries. To access the Support Library please log into Takeflite and select the Contact Takeflite button, next click on the Takeflite Knowledge Base drop down. When you are in the Support Library type in phrases such as the below to find documentation that may assist you.

Geoff & Ty's Monthly Top 5 Support Tips

Geoff Baldwin - Head of Client Support & Delivery and Ty Edwards - Client Manager in the Americas have collated 5 of their most common client questions/ tips from the month. We hope this helps!

1. Use the Contact Takeflite option in Takeflite to contact us, there are team members in multiple time zones watching the support tickets as they come in
2. Check your Takeflite version - clients should be moving across to Takeflite Ops 4 and will need to uninstall Takeflite Ops Manager 4. If you need assistance with this please contact us by using the Contact Takeflite option for more info
3. Don’t forget the right click option when in Takeflite Ops as it does provide you with a lot of neat shortcuts
4. Got email issues? Choose View in the toolbar, then Bounced and check for Unsubscribed Emails
5. My flights are missing? Don’t panic! Remember to check your Filters, including Pilot, Office and Airline filters in the tool bars
