Asia Pacific Workshop Dates - Can You Join Us? Plus the Next Release Update

Takeflite Workshop at RAAA Convention - Gold Coast 2017

Are you heading along to this years Regional Aviation Association of Australia Conference, October 25th - 27th, in the Gold Coast? If you are and would like to attend the Takeflite Ops Manager Workshop, pre the event on October 24th 2017, we are now taking Expressions of Interest. 

Please send your interest through to geoff@tflite.com by August 14th, 2017.
An updated workshop agenda will be loaded onto our Training and Events page soon on www.tflite.com.

New Release Coming Out - What to Expect?

Keep an eye out towards the end of July for our latest Takeflite Ops release.
To give you an idea of some of the new Features/Functionality plus Bug Fixes coming your way, check out the below. As always a full set of Release Notes will be loaded into Freshdesk once the Release has been deployed and the Support team will be on hand should you have any questions.

New Features Highlights

Freight Features

- Customers can now create an Online Freight Booking via your website which integrates into Takeflite Ops Manager
- Now by default you will see inactive pax/freight if all freight/pax lines are inactive
- You can now allow Freight to be added to a paid charter
- An email tab has now been added into Site Settings/Companies for freight 

Accounts Features

- GL Code & GL Item fields have been added on the Setup/ Packages screen

Charter Features

- Now when you move a charter across two flights on two dates you will be altered by a warning

Operations Features

- There is now a longer day selection in your loading schedule

Scheduled Features

- Zoned flights are handling differently now when rescheduling
- Master Schedule - audit trailing/usability enhancements have been made

Bug Fixes Highlights

Keep an eye out for a variety of fixes to be released in the following areas:

- Vouchers
- Reports
- Payments & Currency
- Reservations
- Freight
- Operations
