History:

NZ Time 9:00 02/09/09: Some NZ clients having intermittent connectivity issues. Appears to be a NZ Telecom problem. All systems back to normal 9:50am but didn't manage to get to the bottom of whether Telecom or Telstra fixed.

NZ time 5:37pm 31/3/09: Everything back to normal after last 30 mins. Outage due to a partially faulty network cable in the data centre causing "flapping between online and offline" which prevented both primary and standyby systems from engaging. Cisco TAC assisting with changes to avoid problem re-occuring.
