Major airlines
are spending between 2.5 & 3.5% of turnover on their IT systems as part of their
strategy to maximize outcomes to all stakeholders. Small operators presently
spend less than .5%. Even the more proactive small-medium airlines tend to be stuck
between hopeless one-off software builds and buying expensive legacy software that
at best will only provide part of the solution. Takeflite is a new integrated
end to end SaaS solution that provides the capabilities that the big airlines enjoy
for a price that the smaller operators can afford. As fuel prices, competition
and regulation increase, airlines and operators will need to join a service like ours, or fall by the wayside.
With Takeflite, we have spent AU$4.5M over the last 5 years creating a ground up
SaaS solution for airlines and tour operators. We haven't lost a customer
in that time and presently have 30+ customers across a variety of industries in
Australasia, hosted from Auckland & Sydney facilities.
The Takeflite vision extends towards the US business jet market, Asia, Europe and
